Tech Wins! (this is Coach Leach's TEAM)

My opinion::

I am VERY upset w/ Texas Tech admin. I am ashamed&embarrased that our Admin acted in a very childish way. I will never agree w/Coach Leach being fired right before the bowl game&not allowed to coach his team that he brought to the game. If Leach&the Admin needed to part ways...do it-after the game. I will never think it is fair that Coach Leach was treated in that manner by our University. And I do not support that. I would not support that from any university or any coach...its just cruel. Also, as a fan, I do support and love Coach Leach. Justin&I wanted to see what tricks he had up his sleeve for this game- we traveled 9 hrs to San Antonio to support the Red Raiders&Coach Leach. He is a friend of our family, as well as coach of our football team.

My next opinion- Adam James is a pansy. Stand up and be a man. Our football team is finally being talked about w/the best of the best in Big 12&SEC...and then now it is public that we have pansy football players that wont stand in a garage for 3 hrs??? We have become the laughing stock of football...ppl now believe we will always be a mediocre team that does not WANT to put in the effort and hard work it takes to be a Championship team. We want to have it easy. Bottom Line...Coach Knight slapped a Tech basketball player on national TV because he did not look at him during a time out. The kids players came out& said that was part of the game&discipline it takes. Nothing happens to Coach Knight. Coach Knight gets mad at 2 players (Andre Emmett&Nick Valdez) for changing rooms before the UT game...(big deal whatever)...he forces harsh practice regimens that included running bleachers for HOURS. Valdez parents come out publicly that they do not agree with the punishment. They are told "Take it or leave it" basically by the Admin. Valdez quit the team because he felt the punishment was cruel and unwarranted. Nothing happens to Knight. Knight gets into a physical altertacation w/admin at United-makes headline news-NOTHING happens to Knight. Leach has 1 offense of sitting a player in a shed who had a concussion from a bar fight (not practice related) and he gets fired immediately for mistreatment of a player. Our admin needs to be fired for mistreatment of a coach. There is a reason that Leach has so many supporters- he is a GREAT coach and a GREAT mentor. Everyone who meets him LOVES him. He is kind, gentle&intelligent. I have met Coach Leach several times, and he has always been so nice, as if we have known eachother for years. He has had 5 players, out of thousands, he has coached say he was hard on them and was to tough to play for. Yet, he has had way more players&coaches stand by him. Its crazy, that the only coverage he is getting is off those small 5 player group. Probably, because 1 of their dads works for ESPN duhhhh.....

Team Leach!!!!!....I love Ruffin...hahaha Luke fell asleep on his belly last year during the Red/Black game day! It was cute! I will support Ruffin but I dont think he has it in him to take Tech to the Championship game. He is a very huggy, smiley, hand holding kind of guy! But, I dont think that will bring us wins. We are playing Big 12- Division 1 football & trying to get more love than the SEC. We need toughness, we need 5 star recruits. Ughhh...Its hard for me to pick a new coach for Tech because I feel like Leach should be the coach. I know he isn't coming back...but his replacement better be ready to bring it. There are so many Tech fans who have already cancelled their tickets. And there are a lot like us who are going to give next year a chance before making any vast decisions.
